 Massage Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated/emergency events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and the need may arise to cancel an appointment. (i.e.: business meetings, car problems, illness, etc…)

In our desire to be effective and fair to all our patients and out of consideration for our talented massage therapists, Columbia Gorge Chiropractic and Melt Massage have adopted the following policy:

* 24 Hour Advance Notice:  24 hr notice is required when you are canceling your appointment to avoid a charge.  You can feel free to call and leave a message on our voicemail or send us an email via our website(s) www.columbiagorgechiropractic....www.columbiagorgechiropractic.... & www.meltmassageme.net

* Less Than 24 Hour Advance Notice: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a $30 massage fee will be charged to your personal account. 

* No-Shows: A “No-Show” is defined as missing an appointment with no call or communication.  In the event of a No-Show, you will be expected to pay the full cost of our massage rate for the appointment time booked.  This charge will be applied to your personal account.   

Late Arrivals:

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, could result in a cancellation of your massage.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee
